Our aluminium powder-coated woodgrain finish marks a significant milestone for us. What initially appeared to be a straightforward process soon revealed itself to be far more complex than anticipated.

At first glance, the method seemed simple: applying a woodgrain transfer film onto the aluminium surface, vacuum-sealing it, and curing it in an oven. In reality, achieving a consistent, high-quality woodgrain finish demanded far more precision, control, and perseverance.

The process involved extensive testing, fine-tuning, and overcoming multiple technical challenges along the way. It was a true learning curve—one that tested our patience, expertise, and commitment to excellence. Yet, guided by our belief in continuous improvement and our refusal to compromise on quality, we pressed on.

The result is our first successfully produced aluminium louvers with powder-coated woodgrain finishes—not a laboratory prototype, but a fully executed client order delivered to real-world expectations. This achievement reflects our capability to translate design intent into reality, combining the warmth and elegance of timber aesthetics with the durability, low maintenance, and longevity of aluminium.
